Hippolyte Reininger, originaire de Marseille est né en 1991. Diplomé en 2015 des beaux arts de Marseille il démarre ensuite une carrière de scaphandrier. Son style de peinture vient directement de la Ash-Can school qui lui a été transmis via sa mentor Nushka qu’il a rencontré à la fin de ses études aux beaux arts. Après avoir exposé dans des galeries nationales et internationales, il arrête sa carrière de scaphandrier et se lance dans la peinture à plein temps. Il se lance aujourd’hui dans une quête créative axée sur l’exploration de la densité informative que la toile peut porter et transmettre au spectateur. Cette démarche, située à la croisée de l’expérimentation et de la communication, pousse l’artiste à interroger la narration visuelle. L’utilisation de techniques variées, du réalisme à l’abstraction, permet à l’artiste d’ajuster le flux d’informations qu’il souhaite communiquer. Chaque coup de pinceau, chaque choix de couleur et de texture est délibéré, visant à enrichir le dialogue entre l’oeuvre et le spectateur. Hippolyte Reininger, originally from Marseille, was born in 1991. After graduating in 2015 from the Beaux-Arts de Marseille, he then began a career as a diver. His style of painting comes directly from the Ash-Can school which was passed on to him through his mentor Nushka whom he met at the end of his studies at the Fine Arts. After exhibiting in national and international galleries, he stopped his career as a diver and started painting full-time. He is now embarking on a creative quest focused on exploring the information density that the canvas can carry and transmit to the viewer. This approach, located at the crossroads of experimentation and communication, pushes the artist to question visual narration. The use of various techniques, from realism to abstraction, allows the artist to adjust the flow of information they want to communicate.
