  • Sale and trading of Art objects (paintings, sculptures, books, various artworks…).
  • Indication of product and service availability.
  • All prices listed on the SARL SALVADOR website are inclusive of VAT, according to the specific regime – Art objects – Article 297 A and following of the French General Tax Code (CGI) – Community Directive 2006/112/EC.
  • Payment:
  • Accepted payment methods: credit card (VISA, Mastercard…), bank transfer (only through banks authorized to operate in French territory), PayPal, ApplePay…
  • Payment terms: Payment of the full amount for the purchased item(s) on the website. No order will be validated without proof of payment or without online payment validation (credit card, PayPal, ApplePay…).
  • Privacy and security policy for payment data ensured.
  • Delivery and Shipping:
  • Available delivery methods: standard delivery via La Poste France (upon request), standard and express delivery through our partner FEDEX (selectable options during checkout), free pick-up at the gallery… Any other transportation service available upon customer’s request (please contact us: contact@galeriesalvador.com).
  • All fees (transportation, customs, and other importation expenses, VAT…) are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information regarding taxation in your country of import, please consult the relevant authorities. No claims regarding these taxes and miscellaneous fees can be made against GALERIE SALVADOR.
  • Limitation of liability for international deliveries: As international deliveries may be subject to factors beyond the control of GALERIE SALVADOR, such as customs, transportation delays, importation fees, GALERIE SALVADOR cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise during any international delivery.
  • Worldwide delivery, except in cases of force majeure, and subject to agreement by the carrier(s) regarding the final destination of delivery. Depending on the selected delivery method, no insurance is included by default. The customer must inform GALERIE SALVADOR if they wish to subscribe to insurance covering all or part of the artwork’s value. This additional cost is borne by the customer and depends on several factors, including the final destination and the value of the item. GALERIE SALVADOR cannot be held responsible for any potential damages occurring during transportation (theft, loss, damage, etc.).
  • Shipping: Shipment of artwork by GALERIE SALVADOR within 3 to 7 business days, except in cases of force majeure or unless otherwise specified by GALERIE SALVADOR. Standard packaging of artworks in rolled tube or cardboard parcel (unless otherwise specified in the artwork description). Specific packaging, such as wooden crates or any other packaging, is available upon specific request, at the customer’s expense. For artworks specified as “framed” (with glass or plexiglass), we highly recommend shipping without the frame if the artwork allows and with the customer’s agreement (shipping in rolled tube or cardboard parcel). GALERIE SALVADOR cannot be held responsible for any damage to the artwork upon receipt (tears caused by broken glass during transportation or any other damage occurring during transportation).
  • Delivery time: 3 to 30+ days depending on the selected shipping method, destination, and various import/export formalities of the purchased artwork by the relevant authorities.
  • Applicable delivery fees will be clearly and detailedly indicated during checkout at the time of order payment on the website. For any questions regarding transportation, delivery fees, or delivery times (see above points), please contact: contact@galeriesalvador.com. A response will be provided within 3 business days upon receipt of the customer’s email.
  • Right of Withdrawal and Returns:
  • All purchases are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless there is an error in the description/dimensions/condition of the product shipped, which differs from the description on the GALERIE SALVADOR website at the time of the initial purchase by the customer.
  • Product return procedure: If the return of the product(s) is accepted (eligibility conditions for returns must be verified and confirmed by GALERIE SALVADOR before initiating any return procedure), all costs incurred for the return will be borne by the buyer/customer.
  • Warranties and Liabilities:
  • GALERIE SALVADOR guarantees the authenticity of all artworks sold on the website www.galeriesalvador.com and will provide a unique Certificate of Authenticity to the customer with every art purchase.
  • Liability of the gallery in case of non-compliance or hidden defects of the products.
  • Limitation of liability for indirect or immaterial damages.
  • Intellectual Property: 

Protection of intellectual property rights related to the artworks presented on the website. Prohibition of reproduction, modification, distribution, or unauthorized use of the content without prior agreement from GALERIE SALVADOR.

  • Disputes and Applicable Law: 

In case of a dispute, French law will be applied, and the Marseille Commercial Court will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

  • CGV – Specifications:
  • GALERIE SALVADOR reserves the right to modify these CGV at any time, and customers are encouraged to regularly consult the updated CGV on the website.
  • Entire Agreement: These CGV constitute the entire agreement between GALERIE SALVADOR and the customer, canceling and replacing any prior communication, whether oral or written, on the same subject.
  • The CGV, as well as the entire website www.galeriesalvador.com, are originally drafted in French. Any translation provided in another language is for informational purposes only. In case of a dispute, the French version shall prevail.
